How it all started

The Young Guns trace their roots back to 2016 Cherry Grove, South Carolina. To the annual golf trip of Old Man Hille & Old Man Naylor. A joint venture that had seen many successful trips in the past. However, in 2016, due to some last-minute dropouts, general attrition from their roster, and a hurricane, Hille and Naylor found themselves in need of a foursome. Without hesitation, 4 YGs stepped up to fill in. Unbeknownst to them at the

time, this would lead to the birth of Young Guns.

Slug, Seam, Andre and Father Greg were scattered amongst the foursomes and old timers throughout the 3-day trip. What ensued was a display of length and ball striking their playing partners were unaccustomed to. As the trip progressed, they were eager to see with which youngster they would be playing with each round. Eventually donning us The Young Guns

It was shortly after this that the wheels began turning. Plans were set in motion to return to Myrtle Beach the following year on our own trip. And the Young Guns Golf Experience was born.
